Singing a Progressive Theology
This is a throat-on workshop where participants will sing progressive songs/hymns which reflect both a southern hemisphere landscape and/or shaped by a progressive theology.
About Rev Rex Hunt
Rev Rex Hunt is a retired Uniting Church minister after more than 40 years in ministry, involving parish, chaplaincy, media as well as National Director of Communications, Uniting Church Assembly. He is the founder of The Network of Biblical Storytellers Australia (1990), the founding Director of The Centre for Progressive Religious Thought (2002), an Associate of the Westar Institute in the USA and a member of its Literacy & Liturgy Seminar. His web site is regularly 'hit' by those seeking progressive sermons and liturgical worship/Sunday morning experience, material. Rex was a presenter at Common Dreams1 Conference in 2007. He was Chair of the Planning Team for both Common Dreams1 (Sydney) and is Chair again of Common Dreams2 (Melbourne).
